Payment Policy
Payment can be made in the form of cash or check. A minimum deposit is required before work can begin. Invoice must be paid in full upon delivery.
Cancellation Policy
We always honor timely cancellation requests. However, because we do our best to provide a rapid turnaround time once a job is submitted we cannot guarantee the work be halted or canceled.
Return Policy
We will treat your piece with the utmost care. However we cannot be held responsible for prior damage, loose stones, metal porosity issues, casting defects, poor craftsmanship, or anything that occurs to the piece once it leaves our shop. If you are dissatisfied with our workmanship, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation. Be advised that all sales are final and insurance is the customer’s responsibility.
