You are welcome to send us your own wax/resin models for casting, provided that it meets our requirements:
∙ Not all waxes and resins burn at the same ratio, it is your responsibility to ensure that the material is made using only jewelry industry-standard materials.
∙ We aim to produce the highest quality casting possible, however we are not responsible for casting imperfections that may arise due to using supplied waxes/resins.

More Information
∙ Wax models are placed in special flasks and liquid plaster is poured in.
∙ The plaster then hardens around the models, creating the mold which will be used for casting
∙ The flasks are then placed into a high temperature oven and left for several hours until the wax dissolves and leaves behind a hollow mold.
∙ The desired molten metal (Gold / Platinum / Silver) is then poured into the cavity of the mold to create a casting.
∙ Once pouring is complete, castings are left to cool and harden, after which the plaster is broken, and the final castings are removed and cleaned.
∙ The final product is a rough casting which is ready to be customized to your desired Finish.
